All of our products have gone through a very strict quality control process before we dispatch them. Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect your item(s) before using. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we gladly offer returns or exchanges items unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging that are postmarked within 7 days.

Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the shipping address. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.

Please make sure return your wigs in ORIGINAL, BRAND NEW CONDITION (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, free of chemicals, scents, perfumes, sweat and any type of shedding skin cells attached)

   

RETURN & EXCHANGE

All requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 calendar days of the delivery. You must ship the items back to us Only via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post or other postal service.You are responsible for any taxes, duties and processing fees incurred as a result of returning or refusing package acceptance.

ALL returning merchandise must be in its original sell-able condition with the original packaging, including all of its contents. Otherwise, your return will not qualify for a refund. You are also responsible for the costs associated with return shipping.

Authorized exchanges will be shipped at your expense.By requesting an exchange, you agree to be responsible for any fees incurred by us to process that exchange. All exchanges and returns will be considered final transactions.

Any refusal of a delivery will be regarded as return and be disqualified for an exchange.

Should you have any question or concern on your order, please feel free to contact us:

1.Email relative customer service staff within 7 days to make an application for return or exchange. We will send a reply email within 24 hours.Emails received after 7 days will not be taken into consideration.

2.Please email us with photos of the hair for our reference.

3.Before returning or exchange, please contact us first; we are not responsible for any packages posted without our consent.

4.The shipping fee of return would be paid by customers.

5.There won’t be any restocking fee charged.

   

RUSH EXCHANGE
-You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back. 
-Place a new order online, we will prepare the new hair while waiting for the return. Your new hair will be shipped to you after it is finished.
-When we receive the returned product in original condition, we'll issue the refunds

   

REFUND

We will full refund to you after we received intact item BUT shipping charges and handling charges on your original order is non-refundable.

Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment used to purchase the item(s) up to 10 business days.

   

NON-RETURNABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

2.Customized Items:for custom-made items, we communicate often with our customers to ensure there is no misunderstanding or miscommunication on your requirements.So there are NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURN and NO REFUND for custom-made items.

3.Any product that exhibits physical damage,the original status was changed (washed,worn, cut,heated etc.), any hair that is burned or missing hair pieces(lace was cut or damaged etc.), and any hair that is missing the outside package.

  

UNDELIVERABLE & REFUSED PACKAGES

Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package without our consent and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be deducted from any applicable refund amount.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as an undeliverable for a variety of reasons. For undeliverable packages we can issue a refund for the order price or discuss reshipment options, depending upon the reason for the package being returned. Please note that if the reason for the returned package was not the fault of us shipping, a reshipped order with address correction is subject to a charge for the cost of shipping to send that order out again. If there will be Return to Sender fee that shipping company charges from us that will be added to redelivery or deducted from refund depending on case.
