We may accept order cancellation if the order has not yet been shipped.
There is no fee for cancellations on orders placed within 24 hours.
Any cancellation for orders placed on our website over 24 hours will result in a 20% handling fees applied to the order amount (excluding shipping cost).
If the item has already been shipped,we can not accept order cancellation.
We do not accept order cancellation for custom-made items.
DHL free shipping for the United States. Other country’s customer maybe need pay extra shipping cost. Subject to the specific address.
DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGE
We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address,PO box delivery address will not be accepted.
Shiping Address are unavailable to revise after paid.Please double check the address information before paid. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.If you are not at the original address from the order and want to send the package to a new address,you need to cancel this order,then you can change your delivery address to a new address you want, finally you replace an order.Please make sure your order address is matched with your delivery address before you pay.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Our items will be stamped as "hair sample" or “lower declared value than actual price” to avoid you being charged a custom fee. Usually, your order will not be charged a custom fee from Thriving. In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We do not have information on what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
Should customers refuse to accept a parcel due to import taxes or fail to be contacted by courier to pay for import taxes, they take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, and they must bear any loss resulting from that. No refund will be accepted in this case.
Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by THRIVING to you.
HAWAII, ALASKA, US TERRITORIES, APO AND FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or any of the US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island or APO and FPO military addresses will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only.
FORCE MAJEURE DELAYS
Several factors could affect delivery time, such as custom inspection, peak season for postal service such as Christmas, recipients' local postal service, and extreme weather conditions. Please note that the delivery period could be delayed due to increased security measures on all inbound international air mail packages.Here at Thriving, we make the utmost effort to get orders delivered on time as promised. However, we cannot provide shipping refunds in the case of national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays or other circumstances where the delay is beyond our control.
